Mobile Forklift Tyre Fitting

On-site, On-time Forklift Solid Tyre Replacement

In 1973 BEARCAT TYRES was the industry’s pioneer for safe on site fitting of pneumatic and solid forklift tyres. With a focus to improve the turnaround time of tyre changeouts Bearcat designed mobile tyre presses that could strip and fit a solid tyre fast and safely on site without the need to take the tyre and wheel off-site for fitting. Today our fleet of mobile press trucks and trailers has grown across the nation and we complete on site fitting of forklift tyres daily across every state.Working with Australia’s leading forklift companies we support rental and lease forklifts in service with fast and safe tyre change outs at the most suitable time for site operations.  Our friendly staff in all states are only a phone call away to help with your needs. For larger diameter tyres our team utlise our fleet of crane and tyre grab hand trucks for safe handling of heavier assemblies for both industrial and earthmoving equipment. For anything off-road just call Bearcat!

Reliable service with safety as a priority.

Bearcat provides on site tyre fitting through scheduled tyre replacements by monitoring tyre life and gaining data on tyre usage. This enable tyre changeouts to be completed at the best time that suits the site operations.

For customer needing an urgent tyre puncture repair or tyre replacement we also have the ability to use our SOLIDEALER network to reach local and regional sites quickly. All locations stock a mix of Bearcat products including Camso and Michelin brands.

All work completed by Bearcat Tyres has been audited as part of our QMS – Quality Management System with detailed work instructions covering all types of tyre installations including Cushion forklift, Earthmover & large industrial, Forklift Pneumatics and Resilient (solid) forklifts.
